• What is FaS?
FaS or Find a Service is affiliated with Plan The Web, a registered business. This is main site to offer services in various cities to join. These service providers or businesses will then show the ads on various cities service finder sites, along with random appearance on this FaS website. • Why join Find a Service?
We offer simplified way to find a service, offering services to that specific city and in that specific category. For more details please visit our Join FaS page.

• How can I advertise on FaS?
You need to subscribe the ad service for a city or multiple cities. You can email us at info@findaservice.ca or visit our Join FaS page to submit the information.

• How can I pay or renew my subscription?
You have many options to pay to us, like pay be credit card or email money transfer or pay by check. For the details about payment options please visit our Pay FaS page.

• How can I cancel the subscription?
We do not offer the cancellation, because we are offering this service at nominal fees, and cancellation after set up is done everything is automatic till expiration. But we can deal or discuss on case to case basis if you send the email at info@findaservice.ca with your reason. In any case it might be a credit for another service or a refund for the remaining full months of service on pro-rated basis minus any service charges.

• Do I need to provide images for my ad?
Yes, you need to provide the images for your ad per city. If you do not have that in specific sizes, we can create basic ones on very nominal fees. We need two sizes for main page image should be [300x100] pixels and for detailed page it should be [600x150] pixels. Images must be gif, png or jpg.

• Can I update information once I subscribe to ad?
Yes, of course you can update the information. But it cannot be on daily basis or very often. It should be a reason for the update, like your address or phone changed. You added or removed some services. For any additional changes we might ask a nominal fee to update.

• Are you a not-for-profit organization?
No, at this time we are not a charity or not-for-profit organization. We have a philanthropist vision and our mission is to help the community or humanity from our profit.

• Do you have a referral system?
Yes, we have a referral system for our paid subscribers, there are different criteria’s and conditions but as a thumb rule you can get free subscription if you almost 10 subscribers provide you as referring link. Some exceptions are for non paid subscribers, for that you have to check with our marketing team at sales@findaservice.ca.

• Why it is only for few cities?
Our vision is to expand this to many cities across Canada. But we want to do it with minimum over heads to reduce the cost and provide maximum benefits to clients. A portion of profit is dedicated to expansion of the services. Like adding new cities and adding new options and services.

• Do you have a free trial service?
No, we do not have a free trial. Normally, trial services are to test and explore things. Our services are clear that you will buy subscription and it will show up for that particular city and randomly in main site.

• How long it will take to show my ad?
There are few steps involve to set up this. Normally, it takes 1-2 business days at maximum, sometimes it can be up and running in minutes. Please keep that mind, your mode of payment and ad images can delay this process. No set up will start before payment is cleared and your ad images are finalized or provided by you in specific sizes.

• Why you do not have a fax number?
As you know, our mission is to Go GREEN, we prefer where possible, use paperless transactions. That's why we prefer email or online submission of information, no or minimum use of papers.

• Can I ask to show my ad in multiple categories?
Yes, we can show your ad to multiple categories, but please discuss or inform us in advance about the preferred categories. For example a real estate person can be shown in Property Dealer, Real Estate agent, Realtor etc. Some conditions and charges may apply.

• Why checks are payable to some other business?
First of all, we prefer no papers or checks and GO GREEN. If you really want to provide check that should be payable to parent registered business as "Plan The Web". You can send that to our mailing address provided on our Contact FaS page.

• How can I get an estimate what to pay?
You can use our online calculation page by clicking here, or you can email to us with your requirements and we will be happy to assist you with that.

• Do you share our information with any other party?
No, we do not share or sell your information with any other party. Only Plan The Web and its affiliate have access to that. Information which is visible to public by ad or detailed page that we can not control. For more information please visit our Terms of Use page and Privacy Policy page.

• What happens if I subscribe before a city is opened?
You can subscribe before a city website is opened. You will get couple of advantages by doing this. First, your service will be available to random list, shows every time someone visits this site, right from set up day. Second, you will get additional month of subscription to your paid duration. Last but not least, your paid subscription will not start till we open up the city website.

• Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel the subscription at any time. But keep that in mind there might be a nominal service charge. Maximum refund which you could get is the remaining full month’s subscription, on a pro-rated base. Some conditions may apply in certain cases. Best option would be contact our team.

• What is a 'Priority Banner'?
Priority Banner is a banner which will show on each city website when it is launched. It will be one random banner out of all who subscribe for that ‘Priority Banner’ service, when people visit to that city site or whenever they make any search on that city website.
